GYROKINESIS® Classes
In these Gyrokinesis sessions, we'll explore rhythmic, flowing movements designed to enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Greater health means better blood flow/circulation, it means more oxygen going to vital organs, it means optimal range of motion in the joints, it also means decompression in the joints. Learning what you need to do to free the congestion in your body will enable you to move past the tightness and pain that you may have been experiencing.

The balance and coordination training work by moving the limbs ‘off-center’ in spiral and spherical motions. The center of gravity is continually trained to find balance repeatedly. Movements are challenged by stretching and having to maintain balance by using spinal and abdominal muscles. This requires focusing attention on multiple areas of the body simultaneously, thereby achieving more full body power in each movement as in life’s everyday demands.
