My name is Kerri, and I help people who are serious about changing their body’s limitations. My work is for those who are ready to understand what they need to do to move out of pain and finally feel great in their bodies again.
Having experienced bouts of severe inflammation, I know firsthand what it is like to be in pain. I know how it feels when a joint in my body (shoulder, knee, or back) is so inflamed that it is almost impossible to move. I understand this pain, and I also know firsthand how to overcome it. I have navigated several health crises in recent years and have taught many clients over the past 20 years. I have learned how the body responds to various movements, how it can reduce inflammation, and how it begins creating new pathways for better movement and health. This understanding helps me work with my clients more effectively. It gives me the compassion necessary to work with chronic pain and to think strategically about how to show you over time that your body can truly improve and that you can feel younger and healthier than you have in years.
